Are you growing from one clothing size to another?

Or have you stopped gaining weight but feel you'd rather weigh far less?

And it seems there is nothing you can do about it?

Look: diets and the like, only treat the symptoms.

Wouldn’t you like to know what the root cause is of why you’re gaining weight or have gained weight and seemingly can’t do anything about it?

As I wrote in a previous weight related article, have you considered at all that there might be a slumbering giant waiting inside you, wanting out? But, not seeing how that might occur and thus instead of manifesting as you would, naturally, you as slumbering giant are manifesting internally!

    Consider this.

Let’s say you want to do something specific with your life.

This can be any of a number of things.

    For instance:

Start a business of your own.
Get out of a relationship you know doesn’t work.
Get out of a job that you just don’t want to be in anymore.
You stay in a neighborhood that does not suit you.
You’d like to go back to school.

But as you consider this, you feel you cannot and these thoughts overwhelm you:
Because if you do you’ll lose your security.
    You’ll be homeless.
You won’t have the necessary funds to take care of yourself.
You’ll need to give up on your children.
    You won’t have a job.

    Wait! Slow down.
Any of these possible consequences might be the case.
    For sure.
    But they need not.

You may have heard lots about “living your optimal life,” lately. It’s all over the internet and is a recurring theme used by self-help authors. And you may be one of those people who are wondering what the fuss is about because, after all, you yourself believe that life isn’t that complicated. Look at your own life – are you one of those who had a wonderful childhood, have a good career, ended up with the life partner of your choice? Sure you had ups and downs, some tough times, but overall you are happy? You know that everything will be okay in the end, no matter what – do you tell your friends not to be so negative if they don’t have the same view about their own lives? I’m not trying to, “upset the apple cart,” so to speak, but maybe it’s time to take off the rose-tinted glasses.

    Ask yourself this:

The Possible Consequences disable us and prevent us from doing the things we’d rather do.

    Why?

Because the possible consequences elicit an untrue belief about ourselves: generally speaking, we feel inferior, and we feel compelled to disprove this feeling. Note, this feeling is deep seated and we’re unaware of its existence consciously.

If the possible consequences are deemed unfavorable, thus we’ll not achieve disproving our feeling inferior, and thus due to the possible failure, we steer away from changing our lives.

We’ll only attempt things where the possible consequences are favorable. Irrespective of whether we’re doing things we’d rather not do, or steering clear of things we’d rather do.

Liken this to a ship. Albeit safest in the harbor, not what the ship was intended for.

Thus based on the above, briefly:
    • We don’t do things we’d want to do.
    • We do things we’d rather not do.
    • The reason is we fear the possible consequences.
    • We daren’t do things and fail.
    • Thus we’re influenced by the possible consequences being favorable or not.
    • Thus we’re not free.
    • Thus we do not live with freedom of choice.
    Consider this!

I have above-average eye pressure, which needs monitoring. So I have yearly check-ups with an ophthalmologist, where my pupils are medically dilated for the examination – and I’m unable to see properly for the rest of that day. I have to pick up eye drops every month from the pharmacy and the drops are tested on animals – something horrifying to me! Another ailment of mine is short-sightedness, and the drops make my eyes too dry to wear contact lenses for more than a short period of time in a day, so I have to wear glasses, which I really would prefer not to!

So could I do without these ailments? Sure! There are many who have ailments that are much worse. And I’m certain you could do without your ailments too. So why treat only the symptoms when we can address the cause?

I’m in the process of uncovering my optimal life with, Life Can Be Different. Ailments such as the ones I’ve described above may have one or two emotional causes that have been outlined by some self-help authors, but ultimately, those ‘causes’ are actually just symptoms and there is a cause underlying all of that. And that’s where Life Can Be Different comes in.

"Establishing a culture to develop our collective human spirit,
incorporating the earth plane and spirit world"

I take it from my own life when I say; there was a time when I lived merely to survive. I went to work each day to take care of myself and my family.
At age 35 it started getting to me. I needed to know why I was doing the things I did. This period lasted a number of years.
Eventually with exactly the insight that worked for how I’m wired, I found the answers to my questions.
In fact, I found the wisdom for my life. Don’t for one minute think this was easy, or that it happened overnight.
It was scary. What I uncovered about myself was too much for me at first. Eventually I grew into it enough that things started working.

The bottom line is this: Where previously I was looking for meaning in the things I did, it actually works the other way round.
Since I discovered my meaning, I bring my meaning to what I do!

And my dream is this: to share this new found information with the world, albeit one person at a time.
What I found over the years though, is that everyone isn’t ready to take such a step: To find and live their meaning.

Are you ready to find and live your meaning?
Or aptly put, to uncover and live your meaning.

Have you given up on your dreams?

Have you given up on them so long ago that if asked: “What are your dreams?”—you cannot even recall?

I’m not referring to sleep dreams: instead, your daydreams and your dreams for your life!
Those dreams that reflect what you’d really like to do with your life if you could, if you knew how.

In my case, I didn’t even know I had such dreams and daydreams. They were securely tucked away and deeply buried.

Then with a little insight they emerged full blown: A most pleasant encounter.

    Suddenly, my life made sense.
I knew what I wanted with my life.
Not how I’d achieve my dreams, but I certainly saw my dreams face-to-face.

    It was an exhilarating experience.

You may be reading this and thinking to yourself, hogwash. I have no chance with my dreams.

This isn’t the case. You have every chance!

If your dreams are known to you, but you don’t know how to achieve them, stay tuned. Let me guide you to manifesting your dreams.

If your dreams aren’t known to you, even if you feel you don’t have any, stay tuned. Let me guide you to awakening your dreams.

Before I realized what my optimal life was, I did many things to make a living. From working as a laborer in a factory, being a clerk in a government department, to being a stock controller in an inventory department.

    I even had several businesses.

For many years I was wondering what I'd really like to do with my life: and wondered how I'd know how I'd prefer to make a living--and how I'd find out.

I wanted to work for myself. Be financially independent.

The above points were usually not far from my conscious thoughts.

As mentioned, I started several businesses, but they were never how I wanted to make a living or what I wanted for my life.

Instead they were intended so I could become financially independent. Thereby have the time and money to figure out what I wanted to do with my life.

    This never materialized.

In fact I got myself in a financial bind each time.

Those years were of course a learning process.

Eventually I made a discovery: more on the discovery below.

Do emotional wounds stop our energy flow and clog up and create emotional blockages which manifest as ailments?

In the likely event that this is the case, how far is the reach of this dynamic?

Let's explore ailments, their origin and their reach. To what extent do ailments affect our society and humankind as a whole?

Is there a correlation? Assuming there is, what is the correlation?

Let's stand back and look at ailments in the broadest possible sense, starting at the beginning.

Say a person has emotional strain, or even deeper, say a person carries a deep seated belief, as seen in the case of Factor-x and How It Comes About. Where a person has a particular belief about themselves, their energy is held in their emotions and as a result, the flow is stinted. The stinted flow heaps up and clogs the energy to a point where such clogging manifests in some ailment. Say an ailment on the left side of the body. ...

Until a few years ago I believed that I would only feel content if I was surrounded by people. The more, the merrier. Acquaintances easily fell into the ‘friends’ category, because I believed that the more ‘friends’ I had, the more I would be accepted all-round. That was paramount, at least in my thinking. To be accepted, and daringly hoping to be loved for whom I was.

From when I was a little girl, I didn’t feel comfortable being alone. Just being by myself meant that I had to be with me and my demons; they weren’t very friendly and they certainly didn’t make me feel good about myself.

Our species thinks. Our species feels. Our species intellectualizes.

    Is this real?

No! In the context of this piece it isn't real!

What we experience might not be real! How come?

    Let me elaborate.

First consider this. What is the likely foundation of our thinking, our feeling, our intellectualizing?

I say Factor-x is likely at the bottom of everything and when we get beyond that, we are the foundation of everything that goes on in our lives. Read Factor-x and How It Comes About. Each one of us can be at the core or the source or the cause of our lives--if we choose to.

Before we make such a choice, remember that Factor-x is likely in charge. Factor-x as described in the article mentioned above, is based on a figment of our imagination.

Should healing yourself be taken on half-heartedly?

Can you expect full results? Results where you heal yourself?

I say you can't. You need to work for your results: Like you've never worked for anything before.

You need to work to earn the right to live your optimal life.

When you tackle anything, your results will only reflect what you put into it: whatever it is.

For instance, if you take it on half-heartedly you won't have the energy or the perseverance to continuously look to overcome hurdles.

When Factor-x kicks in, you'll not have what it takes to move beyond the hurdle placed in your way by yourself via Factor-x. See Factor-x and How It Comes About.

This is a real cliché, but befitting this prerequisite.

To uncover and go for your optimal life is not for sissies.

Your whole life up to the point of reading this has likely been dictated to by your Factor-x: which implies you mostly gave up on yourself.

Ailments Exposed is based on the premise that almost all ailments have their origin in an emotion, rather than physically.

When we get a headache or even something as severe as losing an arm in an accident, or break a bone in our body, does the possibility exist that such has its origin in an emotion?

How much of what happens in our lives has its origin stuck in an emotion?

There are a multitude of examples of people who have ailments, where on further inspection and introspection, they realize that the origin is an emotion.

In my own case, I'd experience a headache coming on, while at the same time I saw the thought where I negated myself. When I recognized the negation and acknowledged it, the headache melted away just as it set in.

AilmentsExposed.com was devised after a discussion with David. I wondered how the equivalent of marketing worked in the spirit world.

David offered his insights on how it works. The essence is fairly simplistic. Of course it requires an open mind and the ability to explore wider than our own understanding.

I'd like to digress some, first. I periodically have an image in my mind's eye of an endless brownish darkish expanse that looks like mud, with round objects protruding partly from the mud. In discussion with spirit world and on looking closer I could see movement.

The image is of people; cramped closely together in a muddy substance. And they're moving slowly and some appear to be reaching out just a little. No energy to stretch out assertively. Stretching half-heartedly.
