• What Dream Are You Walking Away From?

Have you given up on your dreams?

Have you given up on them so long ago that if asked: “What are your dreams?”—you cannot even recall?

I’m not referring to sleep dreams: instead, your daydreams and your dreams for your life!
Those dreams that reflect what you’d really like to do with your life if you could, if you knew how.

In my case, I didn’t even know I had such dreams and daydreams. They were securely tucked away and deeply buried.

Then with a little insight they emerged full blown: A most pleasant encounter.

    Suddenly, my life made sense.
I knew what I wanted with my life.
Not how I’d achieve my dreams, but I certainly saw my dreams face-to-face.

    It was an exhilarating experience.

You may be reading this and thinking to yourself, hogwash. I have no chance with my dreams.

This isn’t the case. You have every chance!

If your dreams are known to you, but you don’t know how to achieve them, stay tuned. Let me guide you to manifesting your dreams.

If your dreams aren’t known to you, even if you feel you don’t have any, stay tuned. Let me guide you to awakening your dreams.
None of the above is necessarily easy. It isn’t for the faint-hearted.

    Let’s look at two facts:
    1. If it were easy we’d all be living our dreams, not so?
    2. Your dreams are related to your state of being. Living unfulfilled lives make us unhappy. What we’d then dream of is living differently.
Not so? Do the last two facts make any sense?

If you’re still with me let’s proceed.

Having been at a place where I questioned my life, wanting to make sense of my life, then getting past the questioning state, to a place where I could see where I used to be with my life, having seen why I had the questions, having seen firsthand what the cause was for the unhappiness, albeit not easily, I was able to shift away from what caused the unhappiness.

And what I found was causing the unhappiness was that I was leading an unfulfilled life.
What does it mean to live an unfulfilled life?
It means we’re not living naturally.

What does that mean, “Not living naturally?”
When we’re not living naturally, “How are we then living?”, “What else drives us?”

In my case and with every person I’ve assisted, it comes down to a belief we have about ourselves.
This belief, by the way, isn’t true. It’s a false belief, yet it appears real to us. It even causes us heartache and ailments.
This belief feels very real. The ensuing havoc it creates in our lives makes it seem the belief is real. Alas, the belief isn’t real or true.

Can we free ourselves from the untrue belief and stabilize our lives?
Yes! We can bring a quality of life to our lives, such as we only dream of.

BUT it won’t happen on its own.
Like with everything we want to achieve, we need to take charge and do something about it.

And it requires only one step: The first step.
Then with each step we take, we continuously take the next step.
Take the next step into the unknown, one step at a time on an exhilarating exploration journey, even though it’s scary, always only one intentional step at a time.

And before you know it, your life is turned around.
What’s important to know is which is the next step. Each of us knows in every moment what the next step is, BUT due to our false belief about ourselves, our clarity is clouded.

To get beyond being clouded by our false belief, we need to have a deeper understanding of ourselves.

The awareness coaching we provide is about creating the deeper understanding. We provide an intentional process to guide you to understand yourself, in ways that you haven’t ever before.

In this way you’re enabling yourself to see the next step.
Armed with such an understanding of yourself, you’re ready to take the next step.
Previously your steps were clouded by your false belief about yourself.

Part of the awareness coaching is to create your vision. Your vision comprises who you really are, your optimal life! Not clouded by your false belief.

Armed with your vision, and a deeper understanding of yourself, you are able to awaken and pursue dreams you might be walking away from.

Whatever you do, do not underestimate yourself.
We’re all capable of achieving our dreams.
It might not be easy, nevertheless we’re able to.
Be aware! You might often get to the point of considering giving up. You might even give up.
This does not alter the fact that we’re all able to achieve our dreams.
See it this way: we’d not have the dreams if our dreams weren’t in the realm of our capabilities.

When you’re living an unfulfilled life, you’re not living your optimal life.
    You’re thus living sub-optimally.
Your optimal life is locked up in your dreams, your talents, and your temperament.

It does not matter where you are with your life today.
You’re able to turn your life around.
As mentioned, all that is required is that you take the next step.
For you to take the next step, you need to know where you’re headed.
To take the first of all the next steps, is to now stop and look whether you want to embark on this journey: A journey to unlock your optimal life.
If you do, you do not need anything.
Oh, no, that isn’t the case, all you need is intention.

And if you do, congratulations! You’re exhibiting the courage to uncover and live your optimal life.

You’re best served not to underestimate intention.
With intention you can achieve anything.
    You can make it happen.
You’ll pursue your next step no matter if it seems impossible or would take a long time to achieve.
But you’ll not achieve anything without intention.

    Intention is a powerful ingredient.
When intention is missing, as with anything we do, we’ll likely not succeed.
    Intention creates courage.
    Intention creates unwavering persistence.
On occasion, even the courage to go beyond balance, to achieve whatever your next step is.

As you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, what would usually stop you, which is usually nothing other than the misguided false belief you have of yourself, is recognized as it happens.
This arms you and desensitizes you to wanting to give up and makes it possible to move past the hurdle.
Not necessarily unscathed, possibly tired, even shaken from navigating an unknown path, but you’ll notice you are content and at peace.

What I usually find, no matter what transpires, once over the hurdle, and while navigating the hurdle, is that my own meaning is always present. The meaning of my life is always present. The meaning that equates to the value my life brings.
Always followed by calm and peacefulness.

The process involves an in-depth look at:
    • Your talents,
    • Your temperament,
    • Your dreams (not the sleep kind) and daydreams,
    • Your misguided and untrue belief you have about yourself,
    • Your vision,
    • Then the fun part--rolling above into the beginning of your optimal life.
    • Note 1, above process varies from person to person, and can take from a few months to a year or two.
    • Note 2, with each step, you gain a deeper understanding of yourself: which flows into the next step of the above process, until you’re ready to begin living your optimal life.

Living your optimal life, by going with your dreams, as opposed to walking away from your dreams or not even being aware of your dreams, would change your life dramatically.

What is this worth to you?

If you are like me and take slow intentional steps, one at a time, and the subscription goes on for say 18 months, at $35/month it’ll cost you $630.

In the overall scheme of things, and by living your life exactly how you want to, liking what you do moment for moment, exploring every dream, thus living a whole new life, and living a quality life, then $630, by example, is not much, is it?

Keeping in mind, you might have an ailment, you might be desperately unhappy, you might find yourself in unwanted circumstances and do not know where to turn, or you might be heavily indebted, or financially strapped.

In the event that you embark on this journey and not give up along the way, is the $630 USD a high price to pay, or even if the cost is [much] more?

My promise is that I’ll be there to journey with you, even after you would want to give up. Even after you give up! I’ll even be there later when you return to continue your journey: You’d first be required to make the subscription payment. I’ll be there to journey with you as long as I am able to.

I’ll attempt, according to my way of working, to be gentle, harsh, understanding, pushy, brief, patient, and aggressive. Thus apply any technique to get you moving when you’re stuck.
If you are open to discovering a side of yourself that you weren’t aware existed, and are looking to live your optimal life, and are open to an exploration journey that you never knew existed, then let’s journey together.

As mentioned above, congratulations to you for your courage!
