A few weeks ago, I started getting an ache in my left shoulder and it has progressed down my arm to my elbow and is even affecting my middle finger on my left hand.
Also around this time, my left hip has been experiencing a deep seated ache/pain.
At the moment I cannot find any relief to these ailments, whether standing up or sitting down.
One of my man principals is not taking medications unless I absolutely have to and to date I have not touched them.

Firstly, my approach is to assist you to eventually 'help yourself' with almost any ailment.

Secondly, I commend you for not running to medication immediately. However, if it persists and the pain becomes unbearable, consider using homeopathic alternatives.

Now to the ailment, from more or less when these started, or just before;

1. what has been the undercurrent of your thinking?
2. what change has occurred in your day-to-day life?
3. which words would you put to the pain? (take a moment and quiet yourself and see whether the pain 'talks' to you--do not think--feel it.)

Undercurrent of my thinking is all about matters to do with spirituality, ascension and exposing the truth of the world we live in today. these thoughts dominate my mind every day.
The major change that has occurred is that I gave up my plant nursery business and I now trying to work out another method of self employment. Favourite at the moment is selling rocks, minerals and crystals. I had been thinking about giving it up for the last three years but it has absolutely happened now.
The words to the pain are "dull deep ache", "restrictive" and "physical weakness"

Why I want to expose the truth is so that people can wake up to how they are being manipulated and lied to by the Governments of the world because it is necessary for the collective consciousness. I do this through social networking sites and by encouraging others to do the same.
Finding new self employment is a source of anxiety but not to the point of it being all consuming and causing me depression. I am waiting for Universal inspiration.
The restrictive part is because I am finding it difficult to do things I want to do like gardening and other physical tasks and using the gear stick on my car is uncomfortable........and this leads directly to the feeling of physical weakness.
We all have some sort of regrets but not one that I could say "I wish I had or hadn't done that". The thing I do reprimand myself for is my lack of self confidence. it has always been an issue for me and I really dislike being in the spotlight. That causes me to have increased heart rate, cold sweats and all i can think of is "get me out of here!" And so I have avoided situations where this could happen. Only in situations like this do I really get anxious......by nature I am not an anxious person.

Please bear with me, I get what you're saying. However, we do things without necessarily knowing the underlying reason. I'd like to assist you find that reason. Here is an example in my life, how I didn't see it: Daydreams: Misinterpretation and Undercurrent.

I wasn't clear. Do you have regrets for closing your business?

The thing I do reprimand myself for is my lack of self confidence. And .... "get me out of here!"

Why? I'd like us to concentrate more on this later on.

Apart from what you've shared, I'm wondering whether there isn't something else. An undercurrent which you're not mentioning or not seeing yet. If the latter, please quiet yourself and feel if there is?

Exposing the truth is "my calling" and I feel it is something that can help raise the consciousness and make this a much better world to live in. One where respect for all things is the norm. It is important to me because of the trill I get when I see someone go "ah-ha " and finally gets it !
Because I am 50 years old, finding rewarding employment will be very difficult where I live, so I see no other option than self employment and I know I can get by selling crystals, so it is not a worry. All I lack at the moment is the motivation to do it !
I have no regrets closing my plant business. At first it was a joy growing and selling plants but later it became a chore and I became a slave to it. So, very glad to have closed that chapter.

With above I suspect we're getting close. I'm asking that you speculate: When they get it, what do you feel it is that they experience? Please do NOT think: do not rush. Feel it.

Why do you lack motivation. Again do not think. Get the words of the feeling of why.

Furthermore, as I asked before:

1. is there possibly anything else you not saying?
2. or that you're feeling and not stopping and looking at?

When people "get it" I feel a rush of satisfaction and those tingles that confirm that I have done the right thing. It is that "glow" of a job well done.
Why I lack motivation is because I don't really want to work as I have a low boredom threshold but I know I will have to to bring in the money. I have never been enthusiastic about work....nothing to do with laziness, just a feeling of wasting my time !
I have not said about having to look after my wife for the past 11 years. She has a problem that medical or spiritual has not been able to fathom. It manifests as debilitating crushing head pains (not headaches). As you can imagine, this has dominated things in my life. I did not mention it before as I was trying to persuade her to start her own thread here !
